RITMAN's 120,000 tons intelligent production line signed with Saudi Arabia
Recently, Xuzhou RITMAN Equipment Co.,Ltd. (abbreviated as: RITMAN) and Saudi Arabia's HHES Company officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to build a new 120,000 tons annual fully automatic transfer hot-dip galvanizing production line for it. This cooperation marks a major breakthrough in China's high-end hot-dip galvanizing intelligent equipment in the Middle East market, further consolidating RITMAN's global leading position in the field of metal surface treatment equipment.
RITMAN will provide a full set of intelligent and environmentally friendly hot-dip galvanizing solutions to help HHES build the largest and most automated hot-dip galvanizing production line in the Middle East. The core equipment of the project is a 13m×2.5m×3.5m large zinc kettle, which is expected to have an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons after completion, significantly improving the anti-corrosion treatment capacity of steel structure products in the Middle East.
As a benchmark enterprise in the field of steel manufacturing, processing and related engineering services in the Middle East, HHES's business covers the entire industrial chain including steel structure manufacturing, pressure vessels, energy facility construction, etc., and its market network covers Saudi Arabia, the Gulf countries and Africa. The intelligent production line introduced this time will integrate the automated control system independently developed by RITMAN, combined with intelligent algorithms and big data analysis, to achieve precise control and optimization of the production process, saving more than 30% energy compared with traditional production lines, and the product qualification rate has increased to 99.6%.

After the signing, Mr.Dai Haifeng, chairman of RITMAN, immediately convened a project launch meeting for all departments of the company and formed a special working group consisting of core departments such as marketing, technology, finance, supply chain, operations, and engineering.
At the mobilization meeting, the chairman emphasized that all departments should promote the project in an orderly manner with "high standards, high quality, and efficiency first". When carrying out design work, the technical team should fully consider local Saudi laws, policies, and environmental factors; the operation center should use the "dedicated line" production system to ensure that key components are completed in time, and the logistics department should simultaneously plan the equipment shipping plan. This efficient promotion model of "signing and starting work" demonstrates RITMAN's increasingly mature international project operation capabilities.
